Plain version: we collect what you give us in the early-access form, store it in our request log, and use it to contact you about Groundskeeper. We use basic analytics to understand which pages people read. We don't sell anything. Email James@thecantwelladvisory.com any time and we'll delete your information.
What this covers
This page describes how the Groundskeeper marketing website (groundskeeperpm.com) collects and handles information. The Groundskeeper application itself (app.groundskeeperpm.com), once generally available, will have its own product privacy notice and a data processing addendum for paying customers. This page does not cover that.
What we collect
From you, when you submit the early-access request form:
- Your name
- Your work email
- Your firm name (optional)
- A short note about your practice (optional)
Automatically, when you load the site:
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider (Vercel) — IP address, user agent, referring URL, request time. Used for security and reliability.
- Basic web analytics via Google Analytics 4 — pages viewed, approximate location (city-level from IP), device and browser type, referring source, and aggregated session data. GA4 sets cookies (typically
_gaand_ga_*) to recognize returning sessions. We use this to understand which content is useful, not to build advertising profiles. - A Cloudflare Turnstile challenge token (anti-bot verification on the form). Cloudflare may set cookies as part of this challenge. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiling on this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your early-access request
- To stay in touch with you about Groundskeeper, including beta milestones and pricing once it's set
- To understand which pages and topics resonate, so we can improve the site
- To debug, secure, and operate the site
Where it lives and who processes it
We use a small set of vendors ("sub-processors") to operate this site. We rely on their security and privacy practices for the data they hold on our behalf, and we do not export your information to any other system.

We do not host this data outside of these vendors.
Cookies
This site uses cookies only for: (a) the Cloudflare Turnstile bot-check on the form, and (b) Google Analytics session measurement (_ga, _ga_*). We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If you'd rather not be counted in our analytics, you can use Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's tracking-protection settings.
Who sees it
Only people working on Groundskeeper at TC Advisory. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
How long we keep it
- Early-access form submissions: until you ask us to delete them, or until we sunset the early-access program — whichever comes first.
- Analytics data: retained by Google for the default GA4 retention period (currently 14 months) and then automatically deleted.
- Server logs: retained by Vercel per their standard retention policy.
We will reassess retention when the paid plan launches and update this page.

- Delete it
- Stop hearing from us
We'll respond within a week. If you're in a jurisdiction with formal data-protection rights (EU/UK/California/etc.), the same email is the easiest way to exercise them. For GDPR purposes, TC Advisory is the data controller for this site and the early-access request log; the vendors listed above act as our processors.
Children
This site is intended for professionals evaluating Groundskeeper for their firms. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Security
Form submissions travel over TLS. Access to the request log is limited to people working on Groundskeeper at TC Advisory and is protected by per-vendor authentication (SSO where available, MFA otherwise).
Changes
If we change this notice in any meaningful way, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, email people who have submitted requests.
